"User" refers to the business using our platform to accept and manage cryptocurrency payments

"Services" refers to the functions and features available through our platform, including but not limited to the conversion of cryptocurrency to stable coins.

Use of Services

The User may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The User may not use our Services to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorism financing and Nebulox does not allow its services to be used by individuals or entities involved in the following prohibited activities
Drug-Related Activities: Users who promote or provide services related to illegal drugs or controlled substances are prohibited from using the Nebulox platform
Abusive Conduct: Users who engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards other users, employees of Nebulox, or third parties are prohibited from using the Nebulox platform.
Misrepresentation: Users who intentionally provide false or misleading information, or who impersonate other individuals or entities, are prohibited from using the Nebulox platform.
